The villas were amazing and the private pool devine. Plenty of room for either a family or 2 singles or 2 couples. What could be a beautiful luxury Villa is let down by poor service, location and no detail to extras. The rooms are amazing though.
Unfortunately theluxury stops at the rooms. For the price the service was poor, a lack of english by all but one staff made it very difficult. It is not close to the beach or to the centre. so a 30min walk to each. The included breakfasts should not be included - absolutely terrible. No change of towels or cleaning of rooms unless you ask - which for the cost is unacceptable. What could be a beautiful luxury Villa is let down by poor service and no detail to extras. The rooms are amazing though.

Very poor english speaking stuff, very bad breakfasts, dirty towels, often problems with electricity, strange smells after cleaning rooms, insekts are everywhere, very dirty pool without light. Bad location. Too expensive for this terrible villa. im very upset after staying this "villa".

private swimming pool, spacey rooms with huge beds, quiet in the night, staff is friendly and willing
very limited language skills of hotel staff, almost no chance to communicate in english, too small breakfast with choice of hot rice or one egg with one piece of bacon and little sausage. Not a propriate breakfast for a 5 star hotel. Location far away from everything.

Cant think of one good thing to say about my stay. Booked and payed for 10 nights and checked out after 19 hours. Would never recommend these villas to any of my friends.
Food delivered cold, our room door would not shut so was a problem with our 10 month old son getting out of the room and heading to the pool. When we asked for the door to be fixed they said no worries but then didn't fix it. No pots or kettle to boil water to make formula to feed our baby, no kot for our baby and the power went out 3 times in 12 hours so often woke up in a pool of sweat to turn aircon back on. Staff were as handy as a chocolate fireman. Will never stay with these people again.

First night we went to there . no place . sent us another friend place . one night there . and no breakfast.all another day . no change to towel , no clean , no breakfast , hotel like miserable. Not happy
